Our fine dining three or four course evening meals are created by Chef Paul, assisted by his wife Lynne, from his experience in the hotel/ catering industry blended with flavours from European travels and
chartering their 40 foot catamaran through tropical island paradises. Availability, freshness and experience are the key ingredients to the successful ‘plat du jour’
